We have been coming here for over a dozen years. The same smiling faces greet us every time. Lindale and Ms T give the absolute best service. Ms Peggy makes sure our accommodations are always perfect. They make my children feel special. Breakfast is great, and the pool is also when you’re not at the beach. Dinner is often better than having to wait in line an hour anywhere on the island.

“Would recommend great location a nice hotel”

The room was clean and spacious.They were very courteous at front desk and got us in with no problem. I was here for a cruise and had to take an overnight flight, they got us in early so we could rest. It has good views of the beach and ocean very spacious shower.

Vernon in maintenance might just be the most efficient and effective guy out there. Vernon in maintenance might just be the most efficient and effective guy out there. He made an inoperable safe operable again within 30m after making an initial assessment, identifying the root issue (rare issue), and then creatively solving the problem we were having. If you have to be inconvenienced, pray you’re inconvenienced here with Vernon. While I know many don’t use a hotel room safe, for those that rely upon them for proper and responsible storage of items you can’t take with you on your out-of-hotel ventures, because of some law or regulation, having a working safe is of dire importance.

Nice hotel but poor policies and communication. My family stayed one night here before our cruise. I booked on expedia. Our plans changed and I called the hotel directly to add our daughter. I was never told of any added fees that this would incurr. Upon check out I was given a bill that was an extra $100. I called the hotel who told me I needed to call expedia. I called expedia who called the hotel and confirmed the charge was for the added child. Expedia can't do anything about hotel fees and policies. I've stayed at many hiltons and this one was the most frustrating by far. If I had known about the $100 fee I would have booked a different hotel. Otherwise the room was very large with 3 balconies. We stayed in the chairman suite room 606. The room has a Bedroom, two full bathrooms (one with tub and one with shower), living room, dining room with large table and a mini kitchen area. The hotel is next door to the Rainforest Cafe and raft ride which was fun. We did not experience any hotel amenities because we arrived very late due to a flight delay.
