This is a typical Motel 6, basics done at a cheaper price. There is plenty of room for improvement here but at the price we paid, it was exactly what we expected. One thing I can say is that the housekeeping can be improved a bit, especially with cleaning around the sink area. Other than that, book elsewhere if you want to splurge a few bucks to get a few luxuries. If you're looking at the cheapest possible place, book here.

When traveling there is a wide-range of places to spend the night to fit most budgets. If you don't want to spend your entire vacation budget the first night and don't need the free breakfast (great in most cases not so much for single traveler when you factor in how much you're actually paying for the free breakfast). This location is easy on and off the 99. There are fast food restaurants within walking distance. Room was for the most part clean with the basics. Here is what could be done to improve: power wash the sidewalks in front of the rooms, paint the doors (inside and outside), put a blanket on the bed (yes it's hot in the summer in Fresno but give the guest the option to kick it off), scrub the shower/bath tile better, leave an extra roll of toilet paper in room, Internet could be faster, adjust televisions so picture is clearer, clean a/c filters so that when it comes on you don't smell a green leafy substance or a lot of skunks outside. All in all I did spend 2/3 less than surrounding places and this place could be worth it but Motel 6 needs to figure out how to step up their game a little or at least this one does.
