“Glory Days are over”
A nice hotel but missing so much since our last stay . No Broad Arrow Tavern . Fantastic breakfasts gone . Afternoon Tea disappointing . In short this hotel is a shadow of its former self . We have visited 4 times previously. This will be our last

We’ve stayed many times over the last 25 years, and it’s clearly gone down hill.
