“Nice Hotel to stay”

“Satisfied customer, clean rooms and friendly employees.”
This is one of the cleanest Hampton inns I have stayed in. The employees were very accommodating and friendly. I would definitely stay here again. Over the last few years Hampton inns have really lacked in service and cleanliness. It was a great experience staying at this location.

“Liked room and hotel accomdations.”
We like this hotel group. Since my husband has a gluten free diet, not voluntary, we would like to see some gluten free options for otherwise good breakfast. The TV remote was awkward to use. We like to find a program to view at the end of the day. TV screen very good.

“Best place to stay in cool springs”
Kayia was the best employee they have and that’s saying a lot! Everyone at this hotel is beyond amazing and will do anything to make you feel at home and have your stay be the best it can be! Will stay here again!

“Don’t plan to sleep past 7 am”
While this hotel is clean and safe and the front desk staff are amazing, the housekeeping staff is very inconsiderate.
