I travel A LOT for business and I really have no significant complaints at all for this hotel. I do have a lot of praise though, including the front desk staff we had at check in and check out. “Could be better”
Overall, it was a positive experience, but there were a few minor details that could be better. For instance, the hot water in the lobby at breakfast time is never hot. It is tepid at best. Additionally, there is rarely someone at the front desk when it is time to check out.
