“Coming Back!”
Toni is great! The rooms are spacious and the pool is great for families. We had a wonderful time at the Renaissance, awaiting our cruise. There is plenty to do and the staff is warm and welcoming. We will def come back again. I will recommend the Renaissance to my friends and family.

I wanted to share some positive feedback about my recent stay at the Renaissance hotel. My experience was extremely pleasant from start to finish. Toni at the reception desk was particularly helpful, taking the time to explain all the details of the hotel and ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I also wanted to commend the bell service for their exceptional service. The bellhop was incredibly patient and accommodating, especially when I encountered an unexpected issue at the front desk. Wonderful Hotel, perfect location Everything i needed was within walking distance. Close to the airport. That staffs were very friendly and pleasant! Especially Maureen! pleasant friendly and Professional! A+ customer service. I will definitely be visiting again! Rochelle.

Beautiful place, great location. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were nice and supportive but soft. Beautiful place, great location. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were nice and supportive but soft. We could tell a few things are in need of repair/attention such as a piece of the handle on the bathroom faucet was missing and there are cracks from what appears to be water damage on the ceiling of the bathroom as well. We had to pick up a few crumbs and hair from the floor but overall it was clean.
