Fabulous. We booked the Red Carpet despite the inn recieving some less than favorable reviews. What a wonderful surprise. Vivienne, the manager runs a wonderful inn. The staff is en point beginning with the drivers to/from the airport and to/from the cruise port. The 5 star reatment continued at the inn. A prompt registration ( remember to bring your driver's license for I D ) where the staff- especially Natalie, are helpful and very knowledgeable. Our room was spotless and the cleaning staff were prompt and eager to please. We enjoyed the microwave and refrigerator and, when we had difficulty adjusting to the digital channels, a pecialist came immediately to help us. The swimming pool is large and there are plenty of chaise lounges to relax in the sun. Although there is no restaurant, there is daily for purchase breakfast in the lobby. There is also a food "truck" which serves excellent food from Wednesday through Monday (closed Tuesday) from 6-11 am and 6pm to 11 pm. Try it, it's good- very. Vivienne and Shawn (the Vermonster) have transportation down pat. You register your desired time for your courtesy (free) transport to the airport and/or the cruise port when you are initially registering at the desk. Your name will be placed on the time slotted list and you will be told to appear 15 minutes before that time. If you do that you are all set for a smooth transfer. We have already booked another stay for ourselves and friends this March. Thank you staff- you are unsung heroes .

“Cruise stop stay - one night”

I would rate this maybe at 2.5 if I could. Booked it as we needed a place, however it was like no hotel I had stayed at before in the area. Good points: free shuttle (with tip of course for driver) from airport and we only waited perhaps for 35 minutes. It did take a while for front desk to answer… more

I would rate this maybe at 2.5 if I could. Booked it as we needed a place, however it was like no hotel I had stayed at before in the area. Good points: free shuttle (with tip of course for driver) from airport and we only waited perhaps for 35 minutes. It did take a while for front desk to answer phone though to let them know we were at airport. Room was okay. Restaurant next door which was good for a late night dinner. Coffee available in lobby for a price. Staff was doing the best they could under the busy and chaotic circumstances that evening and next morning with busy cruise/vacation crowds. Bad points: Archaic lobby, small and weirdly organized. Lobby and check in area unable to handle the crowds of about 25 or so people who were all lined up to check in around 8 p.m. Staff did their best but the lobby was warm, and the lineup snaked around the couch and chairs area where people were relaxing. Line was in front of the area to purchase food, drinks, etc. so we had to keep moving around to let people dip in and out. Yes, they offer free shuttle to cruise port however they book up super quick and the earliest we got was 1 pm loading which we did not take, and opted for a ten dollar uber ride for the two of us. This got us on the ship faster where we could eat and drink and relax, so basically it was worth the ten bucks and probably one hour we saved waiting for the shuttle to load everyone's luggage and get going to all the various cruise port stops where people and luggage would get on and off until you get to your stop. Rooms face the outside walkways and it was noisy! People running up and down yelling and rolling luggage. Rooms not really soundproof, could hear people in next room. Bathroom was dirty, not filthy but I don't think it got a good cleaning, found hair in the bathtub and on floor. You get what you pay for I guess. The staff however in my experience was great! They were friendly under all of this busy circumstances in the lobby and I will commend them for that.
