On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Sweet beach escape”
I spent a week at this hotel with my husband and it exceeded our expectations. For starters, the room was clean and spacious! I spent a week at this hotel with my husband and it exceeded our expectations. For starters, the room was clean and spacious! We were impressed by the fact that it was so close to the beach, restaurants (burgers, tacos etc.), and Walgreens… all within walking distance!!! The front desk staff were welcoming and so helpful. We look forward to returning again for a sweet escape!

“Small, very clean and an excellent location!”
3rd time staying here and will DEFINITLEY be back. They have updated many if not all of the rooms.
