“Beyond expectations”
This property was beyond my expectations. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and informative.Reina went beyond the call of duty. I was traveling solo. I was a bit overwhelmed. She took the time to explain things to me, and even walked me partway to the restaurant that she had suggested. … more
This property was beyond my expectations. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and informative.Reina went beyond the call of duty. I was traveling solo. I was a bit overwhelmed. She took the time to explain things to me, and even walked me partway to the restaurant that she had suggested. The suite was well appointed and comfortable. The only criticism I would have for this property is the pool needed uplift? I’m cruising again shortly and will stay at this property.

“Disappointed in this Marriott Property”
The hotel is undergoing renovation, which didn’t really affect us, unless our room had already been renovated. The bank of two plugs and two USBs at each side of the bed was a wonderful addition, but they didn’t work on one side of the bed. And in a room for two people, there was a desk chair and t… more
The hotel is undergoing renovation, which didn’t really affect us, unless our room had already been renovated. The bank of two plugs and two USBs at each side of the bed was a wonderful addition, but they didn’t work on one side of the bed. And in a room for two people, there was a desk chair and the bed. Since neither of us wanted to sit on the bed to relax, we had to go sit out in the noisy lobby to relax. The front desk people were very nice and helpful but didn’t seem to think there was anything wrong with just one chair. The free breakfast was good.

“Okay”
Room was recently renovated and looked great. The ongoing construction for the lower level renovations did not bother us at all. Shower was very weak and the water barely got hot (warm-ish at best). I talked to the front desk about it and they were aware of the problem, but it was never fixed. … more
Room was recently renovated and looked great. The ongoing construction for the lower level renovations did not bother us at all. Shower was very weak and the water barely got hot (warm-ish at best). I talked to the front desk about it and they were aware of the problem, but it was never fixed. We were there during Hurricane Milton, which did not affect the area at all. Because of the “severe weather” that was happening miles away (we didn’t even get rain during the hurricane) , the hotel paused housekeeping services for the “safety of their staff”. One thing has nothing to do with the other! We asked for an exception and they said the staff would enter the room and take out the trash. That’s it. The housekeeping staff was there but did not do the work. Standard breakfast, I missed having pastries.
