“Amazing management/staff”

Where do I start I'm here staying temporarily due to a death in the family I wanted a very quiet comfortable clean reasonably priced place to stay to be at peace while I'm born and I must say I have had a experience in the beginning it didn't start off great nothing to do with the property itself however it was just a slow check in and the management was amazing Sarah . Is the most kindest hard-working woman I I've ever had the pleasure to meet she takes her job very seriously she loves what she does and I almost cried in the office because when I looked at her as she explained how she tries so hard to keep the environment out outside of the hotel clean and does her best to make all the guests happy it it made me tear up because a lot of people don't love what they do that much she was professional she trained all of her stuff very well all of the stuff here is very friendly professional and customer service skills are above average I had a issue and I called guest services because there was no one in the office early in the morning due to some noise issues and the guest services decided to at their own on their own to write.. a complaint in on the facility and or staff management and I disagreed with what happened and I went downstairs and handled it myself I should have done that in the very beginning because Sarah is one lady who will handle whatever issues is going on she quickly handled the situation she was very attentive to my feelings and she gets the job done not only that but then she hands me a cute little gift bag which she has created for some of her guests that really just made me smile she she made him their little gift bags and she made him herself a cute little pink bag and it really makes me feel good to know that my money i.. was well spent I wish I could stay forever however as long as I need a place to say temporarily this will be the place Sarah and her staff are amazing I recommend this place to anyone and I am going through a very hard time and it's very nice to know that you have people that care for you just downstairs thank you I also want to state that this situation that happened today I want to clear the air and say that I have nothing bad to say about this place whatsoever. Like they say home is where the heart is there's definitely hard here ❤️❤️🙏💓💓. As well as cleanliness and everything that I needed pots and pans etc everything was very clean and to my satisfaction
