“INCREDIBLE STAFF!!!!!”
This hotel is wonderful! It’s clean & inviting. The best gem about this hotel is the staff because that’s what makes it 5 stars! “No Complementary Breakfast”
I’m used to having a complementary breakfast at Hilton Inns. (Also other equivalent properties) Breakfast was $15.00 at this property. The rest of the family members in our group were also disappointed. I understand that this is a new trend in the Fort Collins area.

“Digital keys never work. Ok room”
Second time staying here. don’t bother with digital key had trouble getting it to work both times. It opened the back door but couldn’t open room door even after 4 trips from fourth floor.
