“Great customer service, hotel room ... mixed.”
The hotel was a little awkward to find. (It's behind the Shrimp Basket.) The night clerk, Lori, was exceptionally accommodating, moving me to a room that didn't smell like cigarette smoke and getting me hot water for tea late at night (since I didn't have a coffee maker in my room). “Days Inn Foley”
It was not a bad room for the price. It was in a good location. The staff was friendly and it had a decent breakfast.

“Unhappy guest”
Bathroom wasn’t up to standards.. Mold on the ceiling and shower curtains. One of my towels looks as if had already been used, so they replaced the towels quickly…

“Meh”
No shower curtain, stains on walls, tv literally falling off wall mount sideways sitting on dresser. Staff was very kind but the room was disappointing
