“Extremely good experience”

Extremely good experience and excellent value for money. The room was big and clean, the breakfast very good and abundant (with pancakes). Personnel superkind. Perfect location to visit Lowell Obaservatory. I did not check out the pool but is seemed really nice as well.

“Not a bad hotel - great location”

Not a bad hotel. It is old and a bit run down, but the room was nice. It was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was just fine. There was an iron, hairdryer, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. It only took about took 8-10 minutes to walk into town. The walls are quite thin and you c… more

Not a bad hotel. It is old and a bit run down, but the room was nice. It was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was just fine. There was an iron, hairdryer, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. It only took about took 8-10 minutes to walk into town. The walls are quite thin and you can hear others talking or even walking in the room. You could hear road noise but I used a white noise app and it was fine. Front desk staff was nice. Very light breakfast so bring your own food. All in all I can recommend.

This is the first time we've stayed here on all our visits to Flagstaff. We got a price from Expedia that was much better than trivago or booking.com had for pleases that were equal or less than equal in quality from past experiences vising Flagstaff. Check-in was very smooth, the accommodations met or exceeded our expectations, and the breakfast was basic but good. We also liked that it was centrally located just off S. Milton St. and on Old W. Route 66. it is also quiet - no train noise and the guests follow the quiet hours - 10 PM to 6 AM - rules. It's also within walking distance of a DQ, the Galaxy Diner with its great breakfasts, lunches, and made-to-order shakes, and the Himalayan Grill, a South Asian eatery whose food is as good as that offered at Delhi Palace. In fact Delhi Palace is closed on Mondays, when we arrived, so we went to Himalayan Grill as a Plan B that night, and we really liked their food and recommend it to guests staying here. Checkout was quite smooth as well. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that they didn't service the room on our last day (July 19) for some reason. Don't know if that was because we were due to check out the following morning or it was an error by housekeeping staff.
