“Clean rooms! Great staff!”
This hotel is amazing! It’s really quiet, clean and the breakfast is plentiful and filling! The Keurig in the room worked amazingly (had to get cream and raw sugar from downstairs). The staff gave us everything we needed including extra blankets and towels. There was some minor wear and tear in the… more
This hotel is amazing! It’s really quiet, clean and the breakfast is plentiful and filling! The Keurig in the room worked amazingly (had to get cream and raw sugar from downstairs). The staff gave us everything we needed including extra blankets and towels. There was some minor wear and tear in the shower but it was a great experience with good water pressure and temperature. (Room 205). Shoutout to Carlos for being an amazing human who was so kind and gracious.

We traveled with a large party and from the time you walk in and greeted, it was soon nice and clean. Hotel is very comfortable and rooms accommodating for three adults to sleep on different beds. We had requested side by side room on our reservation through a third party and that couldn’t be met. I would recommend that if you reserve through the hotel if you need that to be met. Enjoy your stay!

“Convenient to airport”
Great option for flying out of Flagstaff airport. Beautiful property. Nice lobby and breakfast area. Breakfast included and it was OK. Rooms were very large and had couch and desk in semiprivate area. Bed was comfortable. Only 1 property has airport shuttle but no early hours. He

If you get the privilege of meeting Melissa, the lady who is in charge at breakfast, you are in for a treat! She was so kind and genuine. I watched her patiently teach little children how to make their waffles. We were on our way for my graduation but returned to the same hotel on the way back. The highlights for me are often the staff. Thank you for the outstanding service. Thank you also to Amanda at the front desk, who was awesome and checked us in for our return trip.

Overall, I enjoyed my one night stay here. The room was very large which was great, because I checked in early to organize and relax following a fast-paced trip. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good, and it was nice to have Netflix for a quiet evening. Check-in was easy and the young guy at the desk was friendly. However, I did have some complaints. The end table was very dusty and dirty as if it had been quite awhile since it was cleaned. The couch had some stains or dirt on it. The biggest issue was there was a very large gap under the door to the room. I could fit half my hand under it! This is a major issue for privacy/safety, noise control, and bright light while trying to sleep. When I checked out in the morning, I noticed that the other rooms were like this as well. Yikes!
