Very clean rooms with extremely friendly staff. We were traveling with our dog and the pet friendly room was immaculate! It was enjoyable having a good hot breakfast before we hit the road again, and the woman who was attending to the breakfast area checked to make sure you had everything that you needed. Lots of restaurants nearby to grab dinner.

“Good value”
Older hotel but well-kept. All staff were super friendly. Traveling alone, felt very safe. Able to park right next to hotel, instead of parking lot. Did not have reservation. Night clerk checked me in,explained where to park, where room was and handed me a bag with water & snacks. Super brea… more
Older hotel but well-kept. All staff were super friendly. Traveling alone, felt very safe. Able to park right next to hotel, instead of parking lot. Did not have reservation. Night clerk checked me in,explained where to park, where room was and handed me a bag with water & snacks. Super breakfast with lots of food in a restaurant style room next to hotel. I will definitely stay here next time I go through Flagstaff!

We stayed at this Best Western in October, 2024 and didn’t have any issues with it then. This time the endless parade of trains kept me awake all night long with their loud whistles and the clanging of the cars as they went by. I liked reading the positive reviews written by guests who apparently enjoyed their stay, but the hotel didn’t work for me this time. Now for the positive: We stayed in a nicely sized king suite, which I highly recommend if you stay there. It had two bathrooms and a living room area. My husband and I always appreciate a couch when traveling. Two TVs are a plus too. The breakfast room had enough food for us, with eggs, bacon, cereal and milk, mini-muffins, bagels, and fruit. The coffee was nice and hot and tasted good. The staff was quite nice. We were happy with the short drive from restaurants. We ate dinner at Texas Roadhouse, which was a short drive from the hotel. If you’re a heavy sleeper who easily sleeps through noise, the hotel is a budget friendly option for you.
