Took my team of 12 to the Home2Suites for a 12-night stay while working at Fort Liberty. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Friendly, competent, willing to help you with anything you need to make your stay better. Things I loved besides the staff: best air conditioning of Amy hotel I have stayed at. Have no fear of being too hot, even though it was in the high 80s, low 90s both weeks. Coffee is available - AND FRESH - all day. Easy access to Fort Liberty, and plenty of places to eat within one mile of the hotel. We need to come back to work at Liberty in October, and will be booking our stay here. Here’s to all those at H2S that made our stay comfortable: Sales Mgr Micah, front desk staff Jessica, Richard, Yuma, and Pamela. On-site maintenance Jose and Giordani. “Great Help When Needed”

I am disabled and I require an electric mobility scooter or wheel chair to get around and a full mobility room to stay in. I am disabled and I require an electric mobility scooter or wheel chair to get around and a full mobility room to stay in. My wife uses a cane so when we arrived late on the evening of June 9th we needed some help unloading bags and handicapped accessories. Yuma at the front desk said the Houseman had already gone for the evening but he would help us. He helped us get the bags on the luggage cart and then he assisted us in getting everything into our room and unloaded. Later that evening he called to make sure everything in out room was ok. That's what I call great service! It would of been very easy to say, "Sorry, We don't have anyone here who can help you". Yuma went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you so much. We had reserved a full mobility room with a roll in shower, the room was very clean and most of all, fully accessible for a disabled individual. When we departed, I inadvertently left a handheld electronic tablet in our room. Upon calling the front desk, Nigel had retrieved it and he was waiting when we returned. Thanks for such great service. I will be staying here again when I'm in Fayetteville NC.

“Foul Strong Smell”

The carpet is filthy, breakfast is terrible need a new menu. Lobby and room smell wonderful, and clean. My only issue is the elevator smell like marijuana, I was wondering who was smoking that time of the morning. The carpet is filthy, breakfast is terrible need a new menu. Lobby and room smell wonderful, and clean. My only issue is the elevator smell like marijuana, I was wondering who was smoking that time of the morning. I found out when it was time for my room to get clean, the smell was horribly strong and my asthma flared up. Management I hope this is not a regular thing for this hotel, we will have to relocate and make other family arrangement.

The front staff are great! They are friendly and welcoming. The room is a standard hotel suite room. No frills. I stayed for five nights and did not receive housekeeping at all. I am adjusting to post pandemic hotel stays. I tried to figure out the housekeeping schedule but got mixed answers. "Housekeeping is available upon request", "Housekeeping is every other day", or "housekeeping is every fifth day of extended stay". I was also told that had the option to bring my dirty towels down to the front desk to receive fresh ones. I ended up doing that on the forth evening of my stay. I was advised I would have received housekeeping that day, but I did not. When I brought my towels down to exchange for new ones, I again asked when I should receive housekeeping and was told the next day. Since I had just received fresh towels, I placed the "do not disturb" on my door for that day. No need for housekeeping since I did it myself. Personally, I cannot stay in a hotel for five or more nights with only three towels, three wash cloths, etc. It seems the hotel industry is still struggling post pandemic. The breakfast was not the best. There were omelets but nothing posted to state what was in them. I opted not to have breakfast past the first morning. The bed had three pillows plus two for a pull out bed/couch. I used all five. I could not find one that was comfortable until the third night. After that, I slept pretty well. I love the window treatments! Completely black out and just use a chain to control. The A/C worked just fine and is controlled by a thermostat. I did not hear my neighbors through the walls, unless they banged around but I could hear all the noise in the hallway. The air vent in the bathroom is so quiet and worked great! I want one that quiet in my own home. Of note, the doors are NOT equip for Digital Key. The hotel does not meet my standards on cleanliness or housekeeping. But I would stay there again.
