Great staff, so exceedingly helpful and kind. I was traveling just me and my 15 month old due to a death in the family. We got in late and the two gentlemen working helped be get my bags upstairs and check in without waking up the baby. So, so thankful for your help! The room was impressively clean. The king room had space to set up a pack n play and still have some room for her to toddle around.

“Glad I stayed”

Friendly staff, room was clean, area and parking lot seemed safe, indoor pool is very nice, workout room has everything, it's located close to base and all shopping areas. had dinner one night and the food was good and bartender was very helpful and friendly. Will stay there again

Pros: The front desk staff was friendly, breakfast was good, and the room was spacious and clean. Cons: Per the hotel front desk, their hotel policy is not to give upgrades of any kind if you book a room at the military rate because you received a deep discount, even if you are a diamond member… more

Pros: The front desk staff was friendly, breakfast was good, and the room was spacious and clean. Cons: Per the hotel front desk, their hotel policy is not to give upgrades of any kind if you book a room at the military rate because you received a deep discount, even if you are a diamond member. There were hairs on half of the towels and wash clothes in the bathroom. The toilet is loud when you flush it and you have to hold down the handle (this wasn't a big issue). Issue during stay: Didn't receive the correct daily food and beverage credit per day. The front desk staff tried to correct the issue but the credit never posted to my credit card. The issue was escalated to the manager after multiple calls to the hotel over a 3 week period. It took about a week for the manager to follow up with me. She told me the daily food and beverage credit was not really a daily credit but based on the number of nights you stay (the difference between the two, daily vs nights, would be one day). I explained what the Hilton website said and she said it means nights and restated what she had previously said. The hotel was not willing to resolve the issue. After I hung up with her, I called Hilton customer service to verify what I was told. The Hilton representative stated that the credit was a daily credit not a nightly credit. Hilton called the hotel to resolve the issue and was hung up on by the front desk staff! The Hilton customer representative was shocked. He gave me the option to have it escalated at their level to receive the $20 credit back to my card or he could give me 30,000 hilton points right then. I went with the 30,000 points because this is a $150 value and equal to one night's stay at some Hilton properties! It was a delight to interact with the Hilton professional who made me feel respected, listened to, and resolved the issue, especially after my experience with the hotel. I wouldn't stay here again
