“Great stay for our BAM baseball team”
We stayed the weekend for a baseball tournament in Cincy. Super friendly staff, always asking boys about their games. “Outstanding Customer Service”
The staff at this hotel were so friendly!! We arrived early, and the staff was great to allow us to check in anyway. Our room was very clean, and breakfast the next morning was excellent. It was refreshing to see staff with smiles on their faces.

“Not clean...”
I'm honestly confused about all the 5 star reviews for this hotel. Pros: Nice location. Gentleman working the check-in desk was helpful & friendly. (2 of my 3 "stars" go to him). Cons: Pool chemicals were super strong. Room was so dirty! Cobwebs in the corners, dirt on walls, questionable stains… more
