“Nice hotel.”
The manager here is amazing. Her name is Alex. She goes above and beyond. She does her job but at the same time greets you with a smile. If you need anything she doesn’t make you feel like you are bothering her. The rooms are clean. The room has full size toiletries. Dove. Full size hand ... more

“Awesome customer service”
Our 2nd trip to Splash Lagoon so we were familiar with this hotel. Our initial room had a soaking wet area on the carpet near the tile floors which made it a hazard for falls. “Quick stay”
I visted this hotel on a stopover. I did not make use of the waterpark, although I saw alot of kids that seemed to be super excited and happy about it. My room was very clean. Check-in was quick and easy. Breakfast was hot and had a great assortment. Hot water was plentiful. I'd stay again.
