It was attractive, reasonably priced, quite clean and well kept...mostly. We were greeted and checked in by a pleasant and helpful employee who was very welcoming. A few issues showed up. First off, I noticed the shower door in the room was more than a bit out of whack. Second, though the pool area was clean, open and seemingly well-maintained, the hot tub was a bit disappointing. The group in it had been unable to find the controls for the jets and though we found them, the effect was disappointing; only a few worked, and they were anemic. Though the bed was comfortable, the pillows were terrible--nothing to them. Then there was breakfast; it was the most disorganized breakfast area I've seen in a motel. Coffee was in one spot, hot water in another. The toasters were not with anything you might care to toast...just no thought to the place. The coffee was OK, but nothing to rave over. The offerings were omelets, which were about burned, sausage that was and some potatoes that didn't have much flavor. There were waffle makers there that seemed to be getting some use, though we opted for getting something to eat on the road after checking out. Will we return? Probably, but our expectations will not be high, it'll just be a port in a storm.

Staff polite when registering. Lobby is dark which makes it seem uninviting. Had to use electronic pad to sign saying agree with terms of hotel. The screen was not bright and print small and could not read it. I asked if the screen could be brighter and/or print enlarged. Was told no, that is how it is. She quickly said it just states quiet hours and hotel rules. I have no idea what I had to sign just to pay to stay at the hotel. Room was clean and sized ok for 2 adults and 2 kids. Pool area is nice, kids enjoyed it, hot tub relaxing and hot. There is a large heater duct in the pool area that really needs cleaned, really dirty. Breakfast a little sparse, normal powdered eggs, sausage, waffles and bread items. Only 1 coffee choice, no decaf in Breakfast area.

“Convenient location”

Easy stop right off interstate. Great pool and whirlpool area! Breakfast was the usual, and maybe perhaps a little less choice of items when compared with other hotels. The room was cleanish, but carpet and ceiling had many stains. Request to stay away from breakfast area if you’re a light sleeper.

Stayed here on a Monday night. There was a baseball team also staying here so was forced to stay on the first floor. I assumed it would be horrifically loud but was pleasantly surprised it was not. Stayed here on a Monday night. There was a baseball team also staying here so was forced to stay on the first floor. I assumed it would be horrifically loud but was pleasantly surprised it was not. Work out room is nice, breakfast was the usual cheap fare of fake eggs, pressed sausages and potatoes. The room, the last one, per the front desk staff bc of the baseball team REEKED. It smelled like wet gym shoes. Again, last room so can’t be moved. As I looked around the room in the morning the smell is mold. The carpet has mold in the corners. The bathroom ceiling is crinkled, the tub and shower stink the worst of all. The room was also missing a curtain, and the toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. I can’t believe I paid 135 to stay here. Yes the sheets and towels were clean but the stench.
