“Great Experience”
Hotel was very clean and up to date. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to your needs. I enjoyed the fact that a complimentary breakfast was served and thst you could order lunch or dinner from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again when visiting El Paso

“This is the Hotel to stay at while visiting El Paso.”
Great location and very accommodating staff. Rooms were updated, clean, and very comfortable beds. Food was excellent as well. Hotel employees met all our needs from the shuttle drivers, check in staff, and the General Manager. Will stay at this hotel when we go back.

The staff was exceptionally helpful at arranging our transportation from the airport, switching us to a better room, and providing ice from the bar as the ice machine was missing from our floor. Basic and missing a few points. Location is quite near if you need to catch an early flight. Room was clean. Shuttle as advertised is a weak point.
