“Perfect location”
I spent two nights Wednesday to Friday and while rooms are showing some wear, had a great stay. Its location is a short drive to restaurants and Malls. 15 minutes to Mystic Lake Casino. Breakfast was quite good with fresh fruit, oatmeal, eggs, waffles. The orange juice is very good. I recomme… more

“Hidden Gem in the West Metro”
I hesitate to write this because I don’t want it to become too popular and I won’t be able to get a room! We stay in the Twin Cities quite often, and feel like the Hyatt Place is a hidden gem. “Business Stay”
The two doube bed with a pull out couch was very roomy. The couch was so comfortable that we didn't need to pull out the bed. You had plenty of room to put everything without tripping over them.

“An HVAC update is needed for this hotel”
The heater was very loud in the middle of the night. I couldn't go back to sleep after being woken up by the loud noise. Additionally, there are no USB ports for charging a cell phone, and the power outlets are not sufficient. The only way to turn off the lights next to the bed is by using the wall… more
