“Dec stay”
Marcus was great as our shuttle driver!!! He was friendly and professional Good way to start the day. Breakfast was not great, Need real half and half and real butter on the buffet Love the park and fly option. *****************************

“Amazing Stay at The Hampton”

My mother and I flew in from Michigan for a wedding in town and stayed at this Hampton. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in! Shout-out to Muhammad and Alexia at the front desk. Both of them were so welcoming, friendly and overall very helpful with anything we needed. Tell them the Oke girls from Michigan say hello! The rest of the staff - maids, shuttle drivers - all very friendly and professional. Our room was very clean and comfortable to stay in. Absolutely loved the complimentary tea/coffee with cookies or fruit available all the time. Their breakfast bar selection was fantastic; so many options! A very clean and welcoming environment at such a large hotel! If we come back to town we’d definitely be staying here again!

Our stay was phenomenal. The Front Desk staff is top tier, Videl, Shay, Nicole, were all super nice. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was great, the coffee was amazing. Overall great staff, we will be back here again because NC is our go-to state. We cannot wait to come back and this specific location will be our home away from home. Thank you front desk team. Special shout out to Videl for recommending the Soul food locations that are great. Knowledgeable staff is definitely a plus in our book.

“Awesome shuttle bus driver”
Brand new TVs in the rooms and the bed was comfy. Marcus the shuttle service driver took me to the airport and he was AWESOME. Wish the front desk would have told me about the shuttle when I checked in. Food was ok but liked they served breakfast till 10 and coffee all day.

Our stay was very comfortable. The hotel lobby and meeting areas are very nice and clean. The front desk staff was exceptional. Very kind and friendly. Our first room. Was a king suite. It was a connecting room, which wasn’t a problem, but you could hear those in the other room. Our room was clean and had all of the amenities that we expected, such as a TV, microwave, ironing board and Zero brand toiletries. The bed was comfortable and an additional comforter and pillow were provided. The complimentary breakfast was just okay. There was a decent variety with bagels, muffins, oatmeal and cereal. There were boiled eggs, but we generally prefer scrambled eggs. I don’t recall seeing breakfast meats, but maybe the menu changes daily. There was also a station to make your own waffles. Overall, we enjoyed our breakfast. The second night of our stay, a familywith a loud, barking dog was in the connecting room. The dog was so loud and barked incessantly, that we had to request a new room. The front desk staff was very accommodating and upgraded us to a king studio suite, which was spectacular. It would be impossible for the hotel to know which guest would be arriving with dogs, but perhaps a pet floor can be designated or, one or two rooms held on the first floor in case there are a guest with pets. This would minimize the inconvenience to other guests . Overall, our stay was wonderful. We would certainly recommend this hotel to travelers in the area.
