“Adequate, clean, valu, good breakfast”
Stayed night of 9/25/19, older hotel but was clean and adequate, reasonable price considering. Mitch checked us in and was inviting and fun, gave us a good tips on getting around the area and down to waterfront. Tip on the pillows, if you decompress them from squares they soften.

Was in our budget for a Saturday night in Duluth (still expensive!!!) and it’s an old, used hotel but provided a warm place to sleep when our flight was cancelled. “It’s OK”
It’s a convenient location, and cheaper than many other options. The bed was comfortable, and they have breakfast. Don’t expect any perks, and there’s no “great hospitality”.
