“Visit Hot Springs Arkansas ”
The hotel was beautiful and it was very clean. The staff was friendly. Our room was really nice. The pool area was nice, but the lawn furniture around the pool area needed the spiderwebs woped off. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very nice hotel. Super clean and maintained. Room was modern and felt bigger than it was. Bed was very comfortable; shower and bathroom functioned as they should. “First choice in Hot Springs”

“Lipstick on a rude pig.”
This hotel is like lipstick on a pig. The rooms are updated and clean, but many who work here are confused or rude.
