“Great Hotel ”
I made reservations on this Hotel because is close to Disney. I can walk. Also has a great staff friendly people. Rooms are very clean and organized great housekeeping. Friendly. Courteous ready to help . Free parking. Gated parking. Is safe . I will comeback to stay here.

“Unforgettable”
I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel employees were very welcoming and the service was immaculate. We will definitely be back in the future. I’m will definitely recommend this hotel to any friends or family whenever they visit Anaheim.

This hotel is part of the Indigo brand and I've stayed at a number of Indigo hotels in various parts of the country, and this hotel really isn't up to the Indigo brand standards. This is not at all a criticism of the staff, who are quite friendly and helpful - but this is just not up to par with other Indigo brand hotels in the IHG chain. The hotel itself is dated and a bit run down, and the quality of the lobby, furnishings, room, etc., are definitely below even that of a typical Holiday Inn Express. I think IHG needs to think carefully about brand standards when giving a moniker to a particular hotel - this just doesn't rise to the level of the other Indigo brand hotels in the IHG portfolio. The room feels inexpensive, the decor is also inexpensive, the TV in the room is dated and only shows cable channels. There's really nothing about the hotel that rises above a budget hotel. Again - by no means is this a criticism of the hotel owners or management or staff, it is just a fact that the hotel is a lower budget place. I was surprised when we checked in and especially when we came into the room.
