“Excellent service”
Over all excellent service by the staff. The sales rep Pankaj was very professional in greeting us making us feel welcome and explained some travel options that we were happy to purchase. We’ll certainly recommend to our friends and family members. We’re looking forward to our trip to Las Vegas.

Amazing facility and even better customer service. I spoke with Pankaj at HGV about an incredible new your trip there we just booked and can’t wait to enjoy! Every question I had was answered and the complementary drinks were a lovely added touch!

“Poor breakfast serbice!!”
We stayed Tues Sept 23rd. My husband is diabetic. We came down for breakfast at 9:01 onthe 24th. The entire breakfast buffet was completely empty except for almost a spoonful of scrambled eggs!
