“EXCELLENT STAY”
We love this hotel! They have made a lot of upgrades and the staff is Outstanding! Nathan and Ariana at the front desk were OUTSTANDING, they made sure we had everything we needed from Towels, pillows, extra bedding, and a refrigerator replacement when ours went out. “Great Stay”
My kids and I enjoyed our stay at the Embassy Suites (Anaheim North). Complimentary breakfast was on point. Freshly made omelettes were delicious. Nice indoor pool. The rooms were well appointed. Disneyland park is just 15 minutes away on the shuttle.

“Pleasant Stay”
Treated well. Responded quickly to our concern over inability to get the room warmer. Clean but needs more preventative maintenance. Appears to be a lot of deferred maintenance. Fffffffffffffffffffffftttttttttttttuuuuuuuupkkkkkkk

“Tired, worn out, and needs some serious $$$ investment to make it a Hilton Proud Property”
Well, as Embassy Suites go, this one is tired and in need of attention. The tubs are ugly, carpet old, and just worn out. I've stayed before, I'm mentioned this to Hilton and by the looks of it, not a lot will be done. That is OK, there are plenty of Hilton properties in the area to choose from

“Disappointed”
This Hilton hotel did not live up to our expectations of a Hilton quality, the room where we stayed needs upgrading, couch seat is sunken and sagging, bedsheets looks like it was not changed, pillows has a used smell, dusty air vents, towels smell like sewage.
