So the facility is fantastic, the location is fantastic. We really like the beach and the pool where they’re lacking: their checkin. Not enough carts or organization to get your luggage and a week worth of stuff up to your condo. Their front desk staff is very friendly, but their security staff are the rudest nastiest people that I’ve ever dealt with. I am middle-aged, articulate, not a drinker, I don’t have young kids running around, and they treated me so poorly with every interaction. I don’t feel I have a sense of entitlement but if you’re talking to someone, you should not talk down to and be treated like a prisoner is treated by a prison guard . I can’t explain it better but it just left really bad taste in my mouth. An example would be; I pulled up to the front door waiting on my mother-in-law, who is in a wheelchair, to get off the elevator and come across the lobby and the guard came up yelling at me, I wasn’t blocking anything. I was way out of the way there was almost 2 car widths the pass me, I got rousted and told to move. I tried to explain that I had a handicap person on their way out and would be entering the car and they told me it didn’t matter. Just overall poor customer service. Poor judgment.
