“Best hotel near ord”
Staff and shuttle bus driver Ricardo were all super nice and kind. I loved the shuttle bus service and the location of the hotel! The room was clean and I loved the shower tub. the room I stayed, there was a no desk but two televisions. Pretty unique :)

“Overall great experience.”
The hotel was nice enough. Mattress wasn’t the most comfortable, shuttle service was great. Drivers super nice! Ricardo the shuttle driver, was the best! Super nice and friendly and helpful. Speedy pickup and drop off. Nice to offer parking as well.

“Business Hotel with great shuttle driver Ricardo!”
The airport shuttle driver, Ricardo, was outstanding. His customer service skills were spot-on with all of us. Thanks Ricardo! My room is always clean. The restaurant, Harry Caray’s is a great spot, although expensive! Location for my purposes is great.
