“Great bar experience.”
River was a great bartender for every night we were there. Very attentive and funny. Jessica was also great. They were slammed but remained calm and took care of everyone’s needs. A large conference was at the hotel and closed the bar down with great service.

“Amazing service”
Recently stayed at the Double Tree hotel for a business trip. While there, I stopped in Characters bar and had the pleasure of meeting the bartender’s River and Jessica. They are the amazing and super friendly. I’m definitely coming back here on next trip!

“Mesha is the best!”
I have never left a review before but I felt compelled to leave a review because Mesha was so polite, sweet, and accommodating. Check in was so easy and quick. We loved the room and the staff. Mesha made our stay amazing! We had drinks at the bar and the pizza was good! Loves the atmosphere overall

“Made it seamless”
MESHA went over and beyond to make sure my needs were met. Customer service is a lost skill. They need more like her! Thank you for making my stay pleasurable and seamless . She addressed my Concerns. Even while helping other guest. I still was a top priority!

“Good property for a conference”
Stayed two nights for a conference. My room had a view of the mountains and was comfortable, with everything in good working order.
