My experience was awesome due to the stellar customer service I received from the staff at the Deerfield Beach Fl location. The rooms are clean and the continental breakfast is fresh and hot. Kudos to the staff for making my stay the best ever

The outside of the hotel and the area is very nice. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful . The young lady at breakfast is very helpful and sweet. “This stay was not as good as a prior one. Disappointed.”
We had a limited amount of towels and no wash clothes. The worst thing was the elevator. It definitely needs servicing. You wait a long time for it, and when the doors open, they shake. If you are on the 5th floor, it doesn't come up there. I guess the button on that floor doesn't work all the time… more
