“Christian made my not good experience turn great”
I had a great experience with the front desk. Christian was Very accommodating They had a Maintenance issue that had come up on my floor. They immediately move me to a suite every time I was out the door they’re very friendly. The valet was very friendly. I will definitely be coming back.

“Excellent”
Steven was excellent and very attentive. He was very considerate and answered all of my questions. He was quick to retrieve my car and I was very appreciative. He took the time to show me how to use all of the WR codes and was patient with my many questions.

“Always the best stay”
The staff is AMAZING. Treated us like family. We love Stephen in Valet!! Service was quick and friendly. Hotel rooms are clean and spacious. The restaurant is also fantastic. This is our go to any time we are in Dallas, which is a lot!! See you next time Marriott ❤️

Nice hotel. I was attending a conference at the Hilton Anatole across I-35 (I walked there) but wanted to stay at a Marriott property for perks and points.
