“Excellent hotel”
Excellent location, helpful staff and room was amazing! Large comfortable bed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Definitely recommended.. very close to free tram transport that takes you around the city. Will definitely be back.

“Mathew did a great job”
Asst Operations Manager, Elavumkal Mathew, went above and beyond normal service to resolve our booking issue. Due to Mathew we will return to this Hotel at Thanksgiving. Would be nice if more employees were that concerned with customer service.

“Excellent Hotel ”
Outstanding hotel. Very clean, spacious rooms, excellent location. Staff all very friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming and helpful starting with Mathew always ready to inform, give directions and help the guest. Highly recommended in Dallas.

This was the cleanest, nicest hotel I have stayed in at least since COVID. Everyone at the desk was quick to help. Our room was cleaned and replenished daily and accurately.
