“Servise. Arrival Experience.”
Everything was nice from beginning to the end. Nice lobby, nice room with nice view. The room was very clean and bed comfortable. Tonya at front desk was very nice and helpful. Only issue HVAC was a little bit noisy. I definitely stay here again.

“Wedding anniversary trip”
Celebrated our wedding anniversary here this weekend (Nov 2024). Great hotel. Thanks to Mathew Elavumkal working front desk to make our stay extra special! Beautiful views of downtown from 15th floor. Nice M lounge in the 16th. Recommended!

“Great location”
Great location and nice room. I appreciated the room having all the amenities I needed. The staff was accommodating and professional, I would highly recommend this location. It is attached to Plaza De Las Americas which has a host of different restaurants and stores for you to peruse.

“I would stay again but caution.”
This is a good hotel that has a nice lounge if you are member with the status to access it. Also the workout room is good as well. The staff is accommodating and knowledgable. The rooms are comfortable, beds are good. Temperature control wasn’t the best but manageable. The bathrooms are outdated… more
