“Hurricane Helene help”
We have stayed here on several occasions, the hotel is always clean, staff friendly. We had reservations for the weekend Helene hit. “Great stay!”
Rooms were clean, staff was friendly. Didn’t eat breakfast but it’s a Hampton so it’s all the same stuff. “Clean hotel close to everything”
Hotel room was spacious and clean. Used digital key and worked perfectly. Pool was nice. Breakfast was delicious and tons of choices. Even cookies were really good. Front desk was good. We had 1st floor room, which we loved. Plenty of parking.

“Nice hotel”
In the whole a pleasant hotel with an okay nice and clean room, and there was a nice pool. The location is good for reaching the marvelous Great Smokey Mountains, where we went to the beautiful Cades Cove - the area around the hotel is rather noisy, though.
