“Great lunch at Hotel Zessa!”
Laura Hernandez was amazing! Very nice! She was covering for someone in the restaurant and doesn’t normally work there but you would’ve never known. Me and my family had an amazing time and lunch the food was excellent especially the burger, the services topped it off.

“Excellent Stay”
Hotel was very clean and in a great location. Close to many great restaurants, the beachs, and John Wayne Airport. Tanisha was extremely helpful, she went above and beyond in making sure that we had everything we needed and our stay went smoothly.

“Business stay”
Great hotel, but Tanisha Levert assistant front desk manager was fantastic. She helped me out immensely and her level of customer service was tremendous. Outstanding employee and she should be recognized as such. Thank you for all of your help Tanisha.

“Amazing Server!”
Hotel Zessa provided an amazing experience! Everyone was so kind and personable. We had service provided in a private space, Laura was so conscientious and the best Server! Much appreciated her attentiveness to our needs! Looking forward to my next visit to Hotel Zessa!

“Great experience”
First time staying here and would come back. Clean, great location and wonderful staff. Tanisha checked in and was so friendly and helpful. Had some soup in the restaurant one night. It was very good and server friendly and helpful. Easy parking too in the underground garage.
