“Very customer focused”
The hotel is kept very clean and the customer service level is excellent. I woke up to a flat tire on my rental car and the staff was extremely helpful in getting that resolved. I have stayed here before and really the only negative to this hotel is the lack of any type of vent in the bathroom so… more

“This was a work trip Sunday-Tuesday. The guests were a lot of fun…local softball tournament. The hotel was less fun.”
Location is great and brings good customers. The hotel needs work. Treadmills broken, laundry is still coins, rooms are showing wear & tear. As the facility suffers, you’d expect the staff to cover. That didn’t happen…short answers at check-in to short answers at check-out.
