Hotel is real nice, close to the beach, restaurants and more importantly, close to the red dragon pirate ship cruise. The hotel is very clean and well as the rooms and pool and its surrounding area. The staff is friendly particularly the lady who was working at the breakfast kitchen. Although our room was directly above the pool we never heard any noise. Breakfast was good and the area clean. I’d definitely stay here again.

“Good overall with a few quirks”

Stayed for 4 days in February. Mostly good room setup, but a few items in minor disrepair-no deal breakers, more oddities. Stayed for 4 days in February. Mostly good room setup, but a few items in minor disrepair-no deal breakers, more oddities. Dresser/refrigerator was detached from wall, so leaned forward about 5 degrees. Had to brace items in fridge. Bathroom faucet had little pressure, and closet was comically shallow. All that aside….room was clean, parking lot safe, fantastic breakfast and service, nice pool area, pleasant staff, and great location. Beach about 4/10 of a mile away, and a fun casual dining spot right across the street. Watch out for LOTS of golf carts. Not terribly busy during the week and picked up just a bit more on the weekend. Overall, would definitely stay here again.

Located a short walk from the beach, this is its best feature. We stayed here 8 nights, December 23-December 30. We were given a great room, 322, had a door between the bedroom and rest of room, two TVs, large counter with several cabinets, sink, microwave, Keurig and small refrigerator. We opted to have room serviced every day and found they did an excellent job. Room was kept very clean. Two beds were very comfortable. Towels and bedding very good. Fitness center had out of service treadmill for the entire week. Unheated pool available and laundry facilities. Breakfast had a good selection and changed everyday. Like they have Greek yogurt and cinnamon rolls. Missed the pancakes as it was broken the entire week. Kitchen staff was excellent. Everything was kept clean and filled. Did not have bananas for most of week. Front desk staff was also very attentive. Heater worked excellent the entire time. Was quiet on our floor. We did have complete power shut off one morning which was not able to be corrected until about 9 am when an electrician finally showed up. Too bad they don’t have emergency electricians as hazard when you only have a flashlight or cell phone to guide your movements in hotel. One very big disadvantage is we could not get an Uber to take us to airport. You can get one from Corpus Christi to property but not back. We had to take a taxi which was about $40 higher than Uber and his vehicle reeked of cigarettes and was filthy. We would definitely come back here if in the area.

I went with my parents on May 9th thru May 12 2024. The guy at the front desk took too long to check us in when we got there and was all around snotty & only giving us 1 roll of toilet paper when we ran completely out. People were screaming all day and night long while slamming doors, had their kids running through the halls, & the elevator started breaking not letting us off until we pressed the button again after they had just "fixed it, but the room we stayed in had beds that were harder than a brick and was clean. The breakfast was okay each morning not really worth it cause they don't have much, The pool & hot tub was clean, and it's close to the beach, shops, & restaurants, but has very limited parking, so be sure to get your spot.
