“Breakfast was amazing”

Got to the room at 11pm to find only 2 queen beds. (There were 5 of us) Upon booking I requested a out up bed for my son. When we got there 2 beds and a baby's crib. Got to the room at 11pm to find only 2 queen beds. (There were 5 of us) Upon booking I requested a out up bed for my son. When we got there 2 beds and a baby's crib. Informed the staff and she said all the out up beds were all in use and that there was nothing she could do. I asked where was my 8 year old son going to sleep and she just shrugged her shoulders. After some persuasion she gave us another room with a king and a sofa pull out. There were 3 adults and 2 children. After a night's sleeping my friend didn't have a good night's sleep on the sofa bed. We asked reception if we could go back to the double room and re asked for a put up bed. This was eventually sorted for us. We were quoted £380 on booking.com when the payment came out £416 was taken. I have email to find out why! Breakfast was amazing. Bacon, sausages, eggs, waffle maker, English muffins, juices, tea coffee cereal. A small indoor pool and jacuzzi which was a nice surprise for the kids.

Pros: • Cleanliness: 5/5 Hotel, room, bed, bathroom all clean. I believe they clean the room every 3 days. Some people complained about that but do you change your sheets at home every day? Pros: • Cleanliness: 5/5 Hotel, room, bed, bathroom all clean. I believe they clean the room every 3 days. Some people complained about that but do you change your sheets at home every day? Shower before you get in bed. You’ll be fine. • Comfort: 3.5/5 pillows were fluffy enough. Bed was fine. Mid for people who (like me) prefer a softer bed or prefer a firmer bed. Personally I would’ve liked it softer or slept better with a topper. But I slept ok, did wake up with stiffness. • Staff: 5/5 Friendly. Always smiled and greeted us coming & going. Tho I don’t talk to them much. Had no reason to. • Breakfast: 3/5 pretty decent but nothing spectacular. Eggs, sausage, cereal, oatmeal, breads, apples and bananas. The coffee was good. With oatmilk option. •Location: 4/5 you need a car or you’ll have to use Lyft in Concord. It’s a short drive to downtown & pretty much anywhere you want to go. There’s a great famous diner nearby too if you want variety for breakfast. Plenty of restaurants a short drive away. • Mini fridge in room • Pool & gym. Didn’t use either but it’s worth noting that they’re there. They looked clean & well maintained Cons: • Noise: Location. Right next to the highway. only noise came from cars on the highway. Not a reflection of the hotel but just know it’s right next to the highway so you will hear it all night. If you’re a light sleeper, earplugs will fix this problem. -The AC unit is a little loud. Didn’t bother me but might bother some ppl. • No microwave in room Over all it’s an average and decent budget hotel if you want the basics of clean and comfortable stay, with the added breakfast. I suggest going to Shaws or some store to grab bottled water or drinks for your room. I’m satisfied with my stay and would stay here
