“My new Ohio home away from”
Such a fabulous stay in an incredible location! We had tickets to the hockey game and were able to enjoy wonderful dining and walk to the game, even in the snow! “Stayed for Galaxycon 2024.”
I went there this month for Galaxycon and I had a blast. This Hyatt is the one I always pick for conventions in Columbus. I was able to get autographs from the cast of Hazbin Hotel this year! This location is always convenient and easy to access.

“Columbus beautiful views from my room”
I loved how it was so quiet, i was able to rest without the doors slamming around me. also, the food was amazing. I have a lot of traveling coming up, I will definitely be staying at Hyatt hotels. “10/10, everything was wonderful.”
They were amazing in a medical emergency! I needed to go to the ER and they got me there. The response time was super fast. They were incredible, everything was clean and nice as well! Best place to stay, especially for the GalaxyCon convention!

“Convenient location but underwhelming, IMO”
The Hyatt is showing it's age. There are better options within walking distance. It is clean though. And being attached tot he GCCC and an easy-to-use parking garage are nice perks. The shops outside the lobby are pricey and not open when it was convenient for me.
