“Great staff!”
The staff is what made our stay so great. I would personally like to thank Na’ Ryan for going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. “In need of an update”
This hotel needs an update. The rooms are worn out, the furnishings show their age. Had a coner suite, and apparently, the person in the room next door was smoking weed. “Not as I Remember”

“Not the best...”
It just needs a refresh and the convention food is horrible. The rooms are dated and a little grubby. Took a coffee cup at one of the dinners and it had leftover orange lipstick on it.
