My girlfriend and I drove down from Greenville SC because she needed to catch a flight out of Atlanta to go home and see her family for her mother’s birthday. Her flight was early in the morning and she didn’t want to risk getting stuck in traffic so we booked a hotel the previous night. At first, we were unsure of the area. It being dark and us being unfamiliar with our surroundings didn’t help. It turned out to be a great experience for us. Morgan B at the front desk was super helpful. She got us situated with our rooms and pointed us in the right direction for parking. But that’s not the only thing she did. We got up early the next morning, and I noticed Morgan was still working at the front desk! She must’ve pulled an all-nighter or worked a double. What a hard worker! I didn’t ask. Long story short, I was able to get my girlfriend to the airport safely and on time. I then decided to return to the hotel and get my belongings and have breakfast. My understanding of hotels is that the breakfast is complimentary with your stay for the night, after paying for the room and such. That was not the case with you guys. You need to let your guests know before we book our rooms. I apparently was not the only one who didn’t know this because other guests were being asked as well. I was deeply frustrated about this when the waitress asked me if it was included with my room. I assumed it was. The waitress went to check, and it apparently was not according to the waitress. She handed me a bill and said that I had to pay for this. I was upset by this because it deeply subverted what I expected from a quality hotel experience. I returned to the front desk where Morgan was and ask her to confirm this. She did. Then the next thing that happened surprised and delighted me. She handed me a diamond member discount card. I don’t know what it was that made her do this. Maybe it was my facial expression or my body language I don’t know, but she intuitively knew what to do and made it right. It brought me tremendous joy. I returned to my table and tipped the waitress and paid the remainder my tab. The meal wasn’t completely free, but it was greatly reduced, and that is okay. What’s important is the attention to detail and the excellent customer service that Morgan provided that needs to be commended and acknowledged. Whoever is reading this, this is the kind of person you need running your establishment. Morgan needs a raise.

“Nice hotel”

Nice , clean , fast service when checking in. Morgan B. was friendly and very professional . I’d recommend this hotel just off of her great customer service. I love it here If im in town I’d definitely come back to this location it’s worth the price

I stayed at this property twice within a two-week span...Oct 10-11 (room422) and Oct 19-20, 2024 (room 703). I had no issues either time. Staff was courteous and helpful. I rested well.
