The front desk night worker, a nice gentleman who I can't recall his name but he was the only 1. He was an amazing help to me. I had left my phone in an Uber and couldn't remember my traveling partners room numbers. He phoned them for me, allowing me to be able to get my phone back from Uber immediately. I was having a slight anxiety attack, because I was so far from home (indiana). But because his above and beyond service, I did not feel so stranded and hopeless. Thanks again!

“Medium At Best”

This hotel may have been incredibly nice in the 90's, but doesn't appear to have gone through any major renovations since. This hotel may have been incredibly nice in the 90's, but doesn't appear to have gone through any major renovations since. I felt uncomfortable walking around the room without my shoes on, and over 3 week-days the pantry was never re-stocked and had limited selections to start. The room was clean where it could be cleaned by just the daily staff. The bathroom was clean, the sheets were clean, and the bed was a reasonably comfortable hotel bed. But overall the hotel could use some work. As a special note, the woman who handled our checkout was awesome. So friendly and even helped us with some thoughts on things to do on our next stop in Savannah. I was here on business, so this was an okay place to rest my head. If I ever come back, I may try something else.

Good-front desk friendly, digital key worked well opening the parking gate, getting in back doors and into room, coffee ready early in the lobby. It looked as if the ATL airport shuttles were doing a good job but I didn't use it. The hotel was clean. Parking lot cost extra but it is gated and has lights. I felt it was safe. Close to airport and easy to get to. Decent price. Did not smell like some other older hotels. Not so good-if you want a quiet hotel this is not it. Airport noise was not blocked well, thin walls (very loud guests but that could be different for everyone), they had a function downstairs that was really loud. This hotel is very old so no matter how much they clean it, it does not feel as clean as a newer hotel (it was well cleaned though).
