“Vanessa and Jabba are Awesome”
The staff is amazing Vanessa and Jabba took really good care of us. They are true professionals. I would recommend the services of the Raddison to everyone. They have newly renovated rooms, bars (if you drink), pools that are open in January! This is our 2nd time using them and will be back.

“Stayed the night before cruise”
Ask for Jonathan!! He is a true gem, so helpful and knowledgeable. Incredible Customer service. He helped us get everything in order for the cruise and gave us dinner recommendations. He truly went above and beyond. The rooms were very clean. All the staff was friendly

“Great last minute stay”
Holly and Tia, housekeeping staff, were great help bringing me what I needed. I have a broken foot & knee scooter. I was upgraded to an accessible room last minute & allowed early check in

“Best Bellman Ever!”
As a widow, traveling alone, I was so impressed by Jonathan my Bellman. Once I told him I was a widow, he continually kept an eye out on me while I was at the resort to make sure I was ok (and not inna creepy way) lol. He made me feel so welcome here. I highly recommend this resort.
