“Great convenient place to stay in downtown Cleveland.”
Staying at this Holiday Inn Express was fascinating since the building used to be an old National City Bank (I think). This beautiful historic building was such a great place to stay. The rooms were so spacious. The marble floors were beautiful. The shower pressure (you know that’s important!… more

“Old Bank Building”
Lovely hotel in the Old Bank, with high ceilings and ornate decor. 100 year old lifts so were sometimes temperamental. Great location for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Browns and Guardians Stadiums, and down to the water front. There was a good selection of restaurants just across the street. No… more

“Exceptional employee”
I can’t say enough about Monica, who ran the breakfast bar She was a ray of sunshine greeting each guest with a smile and a warm good morning. She continually refreshed breakfast items and cleared tables. She deserves being recognized for the good work she is doing.

“Interesting Hotel”
This hotel is interesting… The location is great, walking distance to many things in downtown Cleveland. The building is very old, which is sort of cool. “Historic building but dated”
Just average because it really lacks a lot of things that are typical for a Holiday Inn. Very dated. Extremely loud. You can hear every car drive by. The valet is expensive and super slow. The location is amazing and it does make up for the lack of amenities inside.
