The top reviews of Hilton Garden Inn Clarksville are: I am being very generous with giving this hotel an average rating. I do not know how this property is able to be affiliated with Hilton Hotels. Maybe Hilton has lowered their standards? The hotel looks nice on the outside. The lobby looked like any other Hilton Garden Inn. The desk clerk who checked me in made me feel welcomed and was very friendly. The guest room experience was not expected. I found a damp wash cloth and a used disposable razor in the bathroom shower. I brought this matter to the attention of the front desk clerk and was moved to another room. This hotel is in dire need of guest room refresh / renovation. To be honest, it just did not feel like a Hilton quality room. To make matters worse, it was difficult to use the shower because the shower head was loose and pointed directly to the shower wall. In order to use the shower, I had to hold the shower head and point it towards my body. It was difficult to sleep well because the HVAC system was very loud and rattled. I brought these problems to the attention of the management when I checked out of the hotel. Nothing other than an apology was offered..
