“Happy Holidays”
The atmosphere and Staff were amazing! Very accommodating in all aspects. The view we had from our room was wonderful. Rooms were clean and pillows were fluffy. Very close to shopping and restaurants. Loved the holiday feel. Definitely recommend

I got the flu halfway through my visit and the general manager Tamas Vago bent over backwards to help me get better, including delivering chicken noodle soup, tea, and a humidifier to my room and moving my husband to another room so that he didn't get sick from me. Logan the Concierge went above and beyond to make our mother's/grandmother's 88th birthday celebration memorable. Her personalize note and treats were an added surprise and made her feel truly special. She didn't miss a beat on the small details.
