“Beautiful hotel”
Beautiful. Conveniently located downtown Chicago. Friendly staff. Very organized. My only suggestion is a coffee station for us early morning risers who have no time for service. The beds are so comfortable. The bathroom is huge. Service is fast and reliable

“An Exceptional Experience”
Absolute 5 star experience from our first greeting at the valet to our final farewell. The common areas and rooms were clean and maintained impeccably. The staff was kind, helpful, and welcoming. Above all, they are outstanding at making everyone feel special and important. We will be back soon!
