“Best Customer Service”

“Great stay clean room friendly staff”
Arturo was the most helpful concierge /doorman that I’ve ever encountered ! He was very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay a very pleasurable experience I’d definitely come back on account of my stay from the very moment Arturo opened my wife’s car door 🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️ 5 star to you

“Great staff, great location”
While I won't say our room was the greatest (the bathroom had a constant stench of sewage), the front desk manager was very helpful and friendly. Other frustration would include lack of vending machines, though signs are still posted in hallways of hotel as if they exist.

“Okay to stay for a few nights”
Staff were fabulous, hotel is older, clean, if yiur room is on the L train side, noisy. Good location for transport options. Excellent concierge staff. Very helpful with explaining how to get to places. TV not modern but enjoyed USA news about election
