“Mag Mile”
Was looking for an easy place to stay near an important meeting I was attending. Room didnt include a coffee maker, but I guess I appreciated not being tempted because of covid safety. Was looking for an easy place to stay near an important meeting I was attending. Room didnt include a coffee maker, but I guess I appreciated not being tempted because of covid safety. Also received a wellness bag with a mask, alcohol wipes, a "button sleeve" for the remote... and there was a texting feature so you could text the front desk instead of having to touch the phone or go down in person... hours were unclear though so I did get ghosted the 2nd day lol... but it's nice that they're doing so much to make sure guests and staff are safe. Found trash under the bed, air conditioner was broke making it SUPER loud, but I didn't notify them. Felt comfortable and safe staying there. Great location if the world wasn't a dystopian nightmare, most of the bars/restaurants were closed from covid.

“Last minute stay”
I came to Chicago for an emergency. My original hotel changed my reservation without notice, so while at the airport waiting fo my lyft, the awesome young lady at Inn of Chicago told me not to worry come here and I’ll take care of you. She did just that!❤️
