“Great convention area Hotel”
Very comfortable bedding. The hotel is highly convenient to the convention area. Nice place all around. I will return again in the future. The area has several nice restaurants within walking distance. The staff are friendly and the venue is beautifully maintained.

“Great meeting venue. Super neighborhood.”
Great bathrooms. Super views of downtown. Excellent elevators. Great lobby, decor and very good food amenities. Especially convenient to midway. But I’m not a far ride from O’Hare either. I taken an Uber or taxi from Midway and the blue line from O’Hare. The blue slower, but I don’t.

“Depressing business hotel”
This is a dated hotel. While it's overall clean, the place looks worn in places. The fixtures and fittings are all dated. The shower is straight from 1990 with a bath so low, that makes it utterly pointless. Breakfast is ok, but the evening food options are narrow and the food is dull. Everyon… more

“Good service, dated property”
Average stay. Service was nice and beds were comfortable, but the in-room amenities and the state of the property/rooms was a bit dated. Not acceptable for a Hyatt Regency property. Would stay again for the convenience of getting to the convention center, but not for the hotel itself.
